2. Fees and Payment
Fees for services are clearly outlined before the engagement of services. Payment is required as agreed before services are delivered.
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or secure online payment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your service, please notify us promptly.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund.

Translation services, once started, are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, where applicable.
