We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or secure online payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your service, please notify us promptly.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund.

• Translation services, once started, are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, where applicable.
